Vibrant Contemporary Home Takes Shape in São Paul
A home that breathes and emphasizes it surroundings from its position behind a black fence follows. Entitled Casa Lara and located in Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo, Brazil the vibrant contemporary home presents itself in the median position of the plot, creating two gardens to have a dialogue with. The establishment has been designed by Felipe Hess and it was completed back 2015.
Lush vegetation has been sheltered into its gardens, creating an excellent view for the inhabitants and a perfect connection between exterior interior spaces. The home offers on its terrace an opportunity to gaze at the silhouette of the city on an extensive lounge area.

?Taking advantage from the local construction laws, which allow to build up to the side borders of the plot, the architects designed two gardens, one in the front and one on the back of the house. The entrance happens through a flourishing tropical garden hiding the actual house and giving access straight to the integrated living-dining room, which opens on the back garden too.
The upper block, which accommodates three complete suites, uses the whole width of the plot and opens on both gardens. It leans on the border walls and on two ground floor volumes, which organize all the service facilities: the stone box hosts the laundry, the kit...
