The organization of the European Property Awards in London, has awarded in the category of best residential property 2016.

The house, raised and developed by the prestigious Maíz y Díaz Architects Studio, is stripped of everything that is not essential to give shape to a construction that is mainly characterized by the predominance of straight lines, the strong connection between interior-exterior and adaptation to a complicated natural environment.

To achieve compliance with all these requirements has led the architects to play with cubic geometry modules for its construction, to select a set of high quality noble materials.
