Morris + Company, is continuing the architectural legacy of Walter Segal’s original home with planning approval for an additional extension of the home.

The architecture practice developed a detailed hand-crafted study model to communicate and test their design intentions, reflecting a leading aspect of the practice’s design process; something which they’ve really been focusing on of recent with their #onreflection videos; a teaser can be viewed here.

The proposed interventions by Morris + Company include an inconspicuous front extension, joining the house with the street, and a dynamic timber zig-zagged rear extension, connecting it to the 4,000 sq.ft of retained private garden.
