Winners announced for 21st Best of Canada Design Competition
Celebrating its 21st year, the Canadian Interiors Best of Canada Design Competition once again celebrate the best interior and product design across the country. This year, a total of 22 projects are celebrated, ranging in size, scope, and function, and representing the country from coast to coast.
As Canadian Interiors Editor Peter Sobchak explains, the Best of Canada Design Competition “is the country’s only design competition to focus on interior design projects without regard to size, budget or location.” Now into its third decade, the competition welcomes submissions from interior designers, architects, decorators, and crafts persons.
The 2018 ‘Project of the Year’ was awarded to Toronto’s recently completed ‘Headfoneshop,’ designed by Batay-Csorba Architects. All 22 projects have now been published in our sister publication’s annual special issue, which is available in digital format: Best of Canada ’21
In addition, the winning ‘Best of Canada’ projects are all profiled individually via the dedicated Canadian Interiors ‘Best of Canada’ page, which also features links to winners from past years.
