The winning teams of the Saint-Charles library architectural competition and architectural competition for Centre Gadbois have recently been announced.

Lapointe Magne & Associés + L’OEUF Architectes in collaboration with VINCI Consultants / L2C Experts / Dupras Ledoux have been announced the winners of the Saint-Charles library architectural competition.
The winning project successfully met all judging criteria assessed by the jury. In their report, the jury members noted that the team demonstrated an understanding of the vision and values sought by the project, which aims to enhance quality of life for residents of Pointe-Saint-Charles. The proposal outlines a project that promises to bring people together and takes a sensitive approach to the neighbourhood?s environment and its residents. The winning team?s proposal is fully consistent with the Montréal 2030 Agenda for Quality and Exemplarity in Design and Architecture. This project places an emphasis on sustainability, creativity and innovation in the service of the green and social transition.
