Etsy probably isn’t the first place you’d look when buying a new house. But when you search for “tiny house” on the handmade goods retail platform, you come up with more than just plans to build your own. A new, colorful house on wheels inspired by Dutch artist Piet Mondrian is among the actual built homes you can purchase on Etsy, and it sure is cute.

Designed and hand built by Kentucky architect Nathan of Studio 513 Designs, the “MonDreamOn” house is a studio that’ll certainly stand out in just about any setting. Measuring 20 feet long, 8.5 feet wide, 13 feet high, and 170 square feet, the tiny house features a singleton’s loft, kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and compost toilet. The back end of the house is full of windows and glass French doors to bring daylight streaming into the interiors, which are finished in gray and white tones for a soothing contrast to the bright exterior. It’s just big enough for a single person who doesn’t have a lot of stuff (or do a lot of entertaining).
For $40,000, you can take the “MonDreamOn” house as it is, or pay an extra $10,000 for a solar generator, Mondrian-inspired shower tiles, furniture, kitchen appliances, and plumbing with a propane water heater. It is located in Kentucky, however, so the lucky buyer will likely have to fly out there and take it on an epic journey back home, wherever that may be.
