São Paulo, May 2021 – The dynamic lifestyle and the new zoning laws in São Paulo favored the multiplication of compact apartments throughout the city. The setting meets various housing needs, such as proximity to public transportation points, ease maintenance, service offering and shared environments, among others. The city lives an intense process of recovering people’s connection with the urban space, and the post-pandemic should intensify that need.
The solution of the residential building You, Perdizes is in super compact units from 23 to 33 m² with ceiling heights of 3.70m. Called Studio+, the configuration gives the feeling of a wider environment, making occupation more flexible. The residents can create a mezzanine or install bed and sofas embedded in a deck, for instance.
