4 Architecturally Inspired Jewelry Lines

Fashion and architecture often intersect, with OMA/AMO designing runways for Prada, and architects, such as Zaha Hadid, designing swimwear and shoes. This time, we?ve rounded up four designers who have created jewelry lines inspired by the built world around them. From cityscape and protractor rings to wearable sculptures, check out the collections after the break.

This time, we?ve rounded up four designers who have created jewelry lines inspired by the built world around them. From cityscape and protractor rings to wearable sculptures, check out the collections after the break. Earlier this year we brought you these cityscape rings created by North Carolina-based jewelry maker, Ola Shekhtman. Some of the cities she?s created in a variety of metals include London, Amsterdam, New York, Boston, and San Francisco. Check out her other designs in her Etsy shop, here.

Paris-based architect Diego Delgado-Elias has designed these silver rings, which are inspired by tools architects use to design buildings: a set square, a protector, a level, and an architectural scale. The rings are handcrafted in brushed silver and finished using a combination of 3D printing and laser cutting methods. Find his designs on his web...
