Arnold Madsen's Clam chair, which was originally created in 1944, has been rereleased by vintage furniture manufacturer Dagmar for the modern market.
It has a rounded seat upholstered all over with tactile, curly sheepskin, and is supported by four oak or walnut legs. Matching armrests poke through the wool on either side. Find out more about Clam ?

British brand Morgan's Hampton seating collection featured a tufted backrest and angular legs, details that refer to mid-century modern seating.
