Then, an incredible and unique passive house in Wollongong with charred timber cladding that wraps around a 60-year-old pepper tree festooned with lights, designed by architect Alexander Symes for his cousin, Adam Suter, a builder. Next up, a house that brings Hollywood Hills to the suburbs. Akas Landscape Architecture, Green Sheep Collective and a creative couple with design nous, clear vision and open minds have transformed a disconnected Pascoe Vale brick veneer into a thermally-efficient mid-century gem.
