Loto Recycled chair by Mara

Dezeen Showroom: office furniture brand Mara has released a stackable chair, which is both 100 per cent recycled and recyclable, according to the brand.
The Italian company designed Loto Recycled as a new sustainable iteration of its Loto chair, which was originally released in 2019 and made from wood.
The chair is stackable
The chair's steel tube base supports a polypropylene shell seat that is made from post-consumer plastics.
"Its impact on the environment is almost nil: no additional plastic is used during the manufacturing, and the chair itself can be recycled at the end of its life and thus fed back into production processes," said Mara.
It is suitable for use in the workplace, and hospitality and residential settings
The chair is available in rose, sage green, and greige colours and the powder-coated frame can be treated in a range of glossy and textured finishes. Loto Recycled is a versatile and easily stored seating option for use in offices, restaurants, and homes and comes in four-legged, sleigh-leg and rolling castor frame options.
