Marmora Nero Antico tile by Casalgrande Padana
Dezeen Showroom:Â Italian tile maker Casalgrande Padana combined technology and aesthetic research to create an ultra-realistic marble-look tile with optional three-dimensional veining.
The vein-touch finish replicates the low-relief patterning of marble, which in the dramatic black-and-white Marmora Nero Antico tile serves to further enhance the look of light and shadow playing on the surface.

Alternatively, the tile can be ordered with a smooth finish, which gives a silky and sophisticated look, or with a honed or polished surface.
The tile is available in a range of sizes including large slabs, and there are a range of decorative options including square, honeycomb or diamond mosaics.
The vein-touch finish enhances the realistic look of the patterning Nero Antico is one of six colours in the Marmora range, all of which replicate different types of marble.
