Bjarke Ingels Group to build the new Vltava Philharmonic Hall in Prague
The winner of the international architectural competition for the new Vltava Philharmonic Hall in Prague was announced today, May 17th, 2022, in the Center for Architecture and Metropolitan Planning (CAMP), Prague.

The City of Prague together with the Prague Institute of Planning and Development (IPR Prague) organised an international competition for the new Vltava Philharmonic Hall. World-renowned, award-winning architectural studios were invited to work on the design proposals.
The final 20 teams participating in this, one of the most important architectural competitions in Europe these days, include names such as MVRDV, Sou Fujimoto Architects, BIG, Henning Larsen Architects, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Snøhetta, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, David Chipperfield Architects and SANAA.
