Minnesota’s architecture studio, Coulson, has designed ‘Disappear Retreat’ as a waste-free, water-free, energy-free house. “Our passion for the environment is not only technical, but extends to the experience of nature,” said the architects. They wanted to create a place where locals tied themselves to the plant in an intense way. The building is completely covered with glazing, which allows the building to blend visually into its surroundings.
