Hokusai Great Wave on Buildings
The famous Japanese wave of Katushika Hokusai, “The Great Wave of Kanagawa”, has been reproduced on a large scale on the facade of six high-rise buildings, located at the edge of the highway for more visibility. Called Etalon City, and located southwest of Moscow, the complex comprises nine buildings.
The other buildings will reproduce in particular the silhouettes of the cities of Chicago, New York, Monaco or Barcelona. The facade of the Japanese representation covers about 60,000 square meters, hoping that the giant wave, as on the original work, does not destroy everything in its path!
