Modern concept single family villa on 3 floors located in the coastal Spanish village of Cambrils, in the residential area of Ardiaca (Tarragona ? Costa Dorada), very close to amazing sandy beaches.
This project concerns of a house of new construction in the town Cambrils, in the province of Tarragona, with a lovely view and 150 meters to the beach. Cambrils, 20 km South of Tarragona, is one of the most beautiful cities of the Costa Dorada and means sea, beach, gastronomy, family tourism, sports, leisure and relaxation.
Cambrils has 10 first quality beaches that stretch along 9 kilometers of fine golden sand, a beautiful marina and everything to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. The wonderful light of the Mediterranean enters into this house through its large windows establishing a continuous source of dialogue with the outside.

The architectural strategy has been studied to achieve this suggestive effect that is shared from all interior angles of the house.
The elementary colors grey and white melt with the natural colours of the nature surrounding the house and relaxing atmosphere.
The house is characterized by the combination modern and strong lines, open spaces, softened by the use of natural materials such as stone walls bathed by the constant presence of natural light.
